Chemical Engineer

PT. Artha Graha Ekapada (AGE) is looking for candidates for the Process Development Engineer or Chemical Engineer position with the following details :

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Male / Female
- Single (unmarried)
- Age between 27–30 years
- Background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of chemical blending (solid-to-liquid, exothermic reactions)
- Operation of basic equipment: pumps, valves, flow meters, mixers
- Ability to measure concentration (e.g., titration, density meter)
- Basic process calculations (dilution, mass balance)
- Understanding of chemical safety (PPE, MSDS, handling corrosive substances)
- Experience in writing SOPs and production logs
- Skilled in troubleshooting and process optimization

Job Description:
- Manage and operate a semi-automated blending process
- Run trials, monitor key process parameters, and improve system performance
- Develop SOPs, safety protocols, and basic documentation
- Lead small scale experiments to improve efficiency and quality
- Coordinate closely with the founding/technical team

Certifications:
Must Have :
- Chemical Safety Training (handling corrosive or hazardous chemicals – NaOH/caustic soda)
Optional :
- Hazardous Material Handling (B3) or HAZMAT Awareness Certification
- Basic Occupational Health & Safety (General K3 or equivalent)
- First Aid / Emergency Response Training (especially for chemical exposure)
