Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/ receivable, payroll, and general ledger. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal policies. • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management. • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management for decision making. • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability. • Implement and refine internal controls to safeguard company assets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred). • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. • Proven ability to manage budgets, audits, and financial planning. • Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Raptor, Opaper, VHP or SAP). • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Experience in hospitality, property development, or related industries is an advantage.
