Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Design.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on Office Interior Fit-Out projects or high-rise buildings.
Proficient in English (spoken, written, and read) – mandatory.
Strong leadership skills, exceptional spatial reasoning, and budget management.
Deep understanding of Interior, Furniture, and MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection), including IT works (Server, CCTV, Access Door, Router, VC equipment).
Physically fit and able to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple tenders simultaneously.
Ability to negotiate effectively with building management and vendors.
Proficient in reviewing construction and interior design drawings, documentation, variation orders, and cost control.
Possession of a valid SIM A and/or SIM C is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design Validation: Review interior blueprints to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the building's structural integrity.
Manage team to prepare interior design proposals, construction drawings, material approvals, working schedules, methods, weekly progress, and As-Built drawings.
Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure all technical works meet client requirements and building standards.
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage and audit subcontractors to ensure good quality, timely delivery, and adherence to specifications.
Coordinate sourcing decisions, supply materials, attend weekly meetings, and document work minutes.
