Business Development Executive

we're seeking a dynamic and experienced COO to join our founding team. This is a critical leadership role focused on building foundational relationships, driving initial market traction, and supporting key strategic initiatives during a crucial growth phase.

Please note: As a key foundational team member, initial compensation for this role will be primarily equity-based for the first few months, reflecting the early stage of our venture and the significant impact expected.

This role reports directly to the Founder/CEO and offers a significant opportunity to shape the company's future success.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record of success (ideally 3-6+ years) in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or startup ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals and strategic partnerships.

• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market landscape.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.  

Bonus Points / Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct experience supporting fundraising rounds and interacting with the investment community (VCs, Angels).

• Established network within relevant Indonesian government agencies or key industry players.

• Experience working in EdTech, SaaS.

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience taking a new product or service to market.
