CLIENT ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT INTERN | JAKARTA (ON-SITE) What You Will Do: • Engage with clients while understanding and responding to their inquiries and needs • Work with multiple teams in various people learning and development projects while reporting to team members and collaborating with account executives daily • Involve in end-to-end people learning and development process from training needs analysis, proposal development, module development, assessment tools development, and report generation • Provide ideas and speak actively to internal (team) or external (clients) • Recognize and act on opportunities that exist and ability to solve current problems independently, in teams, or interacting with external parties • Making changes in own work system or methods to improve work output quality to meet high standards • Build knowledge management by collecting data from various sources such as books, websites, or research results • Use analytical skills and in-depth understanding of data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to help with client issues • Improve frameworks, illustrations, and tools on training materials with regular market updates and conceptual thinking What You Will Get: • Paid internship • Professional growth Opportunity to learn from MarkPlus learning platform • Unlimited networking SCAN HERE TO APPLY • Casual work environment Submit your CV to: What You Will Need: • Graduated from reputable universities with Management, Psychology, Economic, Industrial • Engineering Communication.International Relation or any relevant major • Ability to do internship in minimum 6 months • Interest in marketing in general • Interest in Learning & Development and People Development • Problem solving ability to help clients from various industries groups • Proven history of leadership in various student organizations • Basic to intermediate skills of operating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to join immediately and willing to do WFO Policy
