Job Description

Assisting as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries request , and basic concern in a professional manner
Supporting follow-ups on tenant request and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
Helping maintain good relationship with tenants through responsive communication and service support
Assisting in tenant onboarding and ensuring a smooth welcoming experience

Requirements

Active university student or fresh graduate from any major
Have a strong in customer services, hospitality, and property management
Good communication and interpersonal skill
