Main Responsibilities





Assist clients with questions via email, WhatsApp, and social media



Manage returns, track complaints, and follow up accordingly



Respond to reviews and client tickets, and provide recommendations and consultations



Support special sale events



Tend to clients in offline meetings and clients coming to the showroom



Collaborate with Visuals, Marketing, and Production teams



Share client feedback and contribute to improving client experience.



Requirements:





(Near) native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills



Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills



Impeccable writing skills, ensuring no spelling or grammatical errors



Passionate about helping others and building relationships



Based in Bali and available for immediate start



Ability to work flexible hours, including half a day on Saturday



Eager to learn and adapt to our brand's tone of voice and values
