Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Business, or a related field • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in administration or services • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and proactive work ethic • IT proficiency is an advantage • Knowledge and familiarity with Odoo system is a plus Responsibilities • Organizing client–practitioner schedules and administration for sessions • Providing client services at the Front Desk (Information Center, CRM, and consultation scheduling) • Managing payments and daily reporting to the Administrative Coordinator • Coordinating with other divisions to ensure smooth client session services
