Clinic Logistics & Licensed Pharmacist Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical and clinic logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and supply distribution

• Ensure full compliance with BPOM regulations, Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), and licensing standards (including SIPA requirements)

• Supervise the storage, labeling, cold chain maintenance, and expiration control for all medical and clinical supplies

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medicines and consumables to support clinical services

• Serve as the key contact for regulatory inspections and pharmacy-related audits; maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for audit processes

• Lead and coach logistics and pharmacy support staff to ensure protocol adherence and service excellence

• Oversee usage reporting, analyze inventory trends, and contribute to procurement planning to minimize waste and control costs

• Ensure data accuracy in logistics and inventory systems (e.g., HIS or ERP), and recommend continuous process improvements

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock turnover, order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and logistics efficiency

• Promote safe handling and disposal procedures for pharmaceuticals and clinical materials in accordance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) with valid STRA and eligible to hold SIPA as required by regulation

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations and clinical logistics, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare supply chain environment

• Demonstrated experience in inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS), HIS, or Microsoft Excel

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, cold chain logistics, and best practices in inventory control

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise and train support staff

• Familiarity with clinical safety protocols, medical consumables handling, and documentation standards.
