Clinic Supervisor

Responsibilities: • Ensure daily clinic operations are carried out in accordance with established SOPs. • Supervise and guide the clinic team, including doctors, beauticians, frontliners, and administrative staff. • Act as the liaison between management and the branch team. • Handle internal conflicts and maintain a positive, productive work environment. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. • Take responsibility for achieving branch KPIs, including revenue, service quality, and patient satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in a beauty clinic, hospital, premium retail, or hospitality industry. • Honest, trustworthy, and possess high integrity. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead firmly while maintaining a supportive work environment. • Willing to work in accordance with clinic SOPs and KPI targets. • Able to prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized operational reports.
