ABOUT THE ROLE The L&D Coordinator manages day-to-day training operations, tracks learning metrics, coordinates vendor relationships, and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) to foster a culture of continuous learning. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES A dynamic, energetic, and smart person. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end training logistics, including TNA, LMS, and administration. Ability to facilitate onboarding sessions and measure learning program effectiveness.
