Job Description :





Plan and coordinate billing activities carried out by RO.



Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets.



Provide reports on the results of activities and achievements carried out by RO.



Assist RO in the billing process.



Create a strategy for collection management to achieve targets determined by management.



Monitoring visit results and number of visits.



Report and discuss target achievements, problems and difficulties experienced to superiors.



Provide coaching for team members.

Minimum Qualifications :





Bachelors degree in any major.



Have experience as remedial or collection officer, especially in banking industry min. 2– 5 years.



Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within collections is preferred.



Have good communication and negotiating skills.
