- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint, and accounting tools
- Courageous, comfortable with ambiguity and agile working environment
- Ability to effectively engage, collaborate and manage expectations across different stakeholders
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of curiosity with interest to continuously learn new skills such as in big data analysis is a plus
- Fluent in both speaking in writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English
