About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Community Associate to join our team at BIMSpace. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about building relationships, driving community engagement, and directly contributing to revenue growth.

As a Community Associate, you will play a key role in managing and growing our coworking and creative space ecosystem. You will ensure that our members have the best experience while actively working on sales initiatives, events, and partnership opportunities to generate revenue for BIMSpace.

Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and partners. •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. •⁠ ⁠Actively drive sales by offering space solutions, event packages, and value-added services. •⁠ ⁠Organize and manage events to increase visibility and revenue streams. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing and partnership teams to maximize occupancy and membership sales. •⁠ ⁠Provide day-to-day support for community operations with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. •⁠ ⁠Experience in sales, business development, or community management is preferred. •⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •⁠ ⁠Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. •⁠ ⁠Passionate about startups, creative spaces, and building communities.
