Community Coach

Job Description

• To conduct on the ground activities such as school visit, career talk, and other related school engagement activities

• Work closely with senior high school administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors to ensure students receive accurate and relevant information about Kalbis University

• Develop strong relationships with feeder schools, community, and Industry maintain regular communication to promote Kalbis University’s programs

• Responsible for generating leads, with a minimum coverage of 90% of the school population, and generating leads from the community and industry

• Identify and nurture prospective students, ensuring they are aware of the opportunities at Kalbis University

• Track student interest and follow up with students who express interest in visiting the university or attending nurturing events

• Maintain a database of potential leads and communicate regularly with Kalbis University’s admissions team to convert leads into enrolled students

• Participate in and organize events such as open houses, campus tours, college fairs, and other related campus activities to promote Kalbis University and engage prospective students

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree in any major

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with students and guide them through critical decision-making processes

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with school partners, community, and Industry

• Know how to take a proper documentation for all the conducted activities

• Good at data management

• A team player
