Community Coach (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting on-the-ground activities such as school visits, education fairs, and other outreach initiatives on a flexible schedule.

• Support communication efforts with high school teachers, administrators, and guidance counselors to raise awareness about Kalbis University.

• Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with selected feeder schools and communities under guidance from the full-time team.

• Help generate prospective student leads from school visits and community interactions.

• Assist in identifying and nurturing interested students through follow-up communication and event invitations.

• Help maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the database, ensuring data is up-to-date.

• Participate in key events such as campus tours, open houses, and info sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor’s degree (any major)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with students and school staff

• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and report progress regularly

• Strong sense of initiative and willingness to learn about Kalbis University’s programs

• Able to document activities clearly and assist in updating lead data

• Willing to work flexibly based on event schedules and school visit timings

• A reliable team player who can coordinate well with the full-time recruitment team

• Previous experience in student ambassador programs or event organizing is a plus (but not required)
