Key Responsibilities • Provide medical services (preventive, curative, and promotive) to employees and their families (if applicable) • Conduct medical check-ups (pre-employment, periodic, and special examinations) • Handle emergency medical cases in the operational area • Manage company clinic, including medicines and medical equipment • Implement occupational health and disease prevention programs • Collaborate with HSE team on workplace health matters • Prepare regular medical and health reports Qualifications/Skills • Medical Doctor degree (MD / General Practitioner) • Valid medical license (STR or equivalent) • Certification in Occupational Health (Hiperkes/OKK) is an advantage • Minimum 3 years of experience as a general practitioner (experience in site/industrial setting is preferred) • Willing to be placed in remote plantation areas • Able to work independently and handle emergency situations • Strong communication skills and high level of empathy
