Asymmetric Ventures is an early-stage venture studio building consumer apps for the Indonesian market.

Were looking for a part-time Content Marketing Intern based anywhere in Indonesia to help research and create content.

This role is ideal for an undergraduate student who enjoys short-form content, social media, education-related topics, and learning how early-stage consumer products grow.

Youll work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure to how a new consumer app is built, marketed, tested, and grown from the ground up. The app is showing early traction and already has paying users.

What Youll Do

Create short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Research content ideas around higher education, student life, academic success, studying, assignments, skripsi, essays, exams, and other related problems

Write content drafts, captions, hooks, scripts, and simple carousel/post ideas

Track basic content performance such as views, engagement, followers, and top-performing topics

Role Details

Paid Part-time internship

Expected commitment: around 10 hours per week

Remote-friendly and classes-friendly

Initial internship period: 1 month probation period, followed by a 2 month contract with potential extension

Best suited for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year undergraduate students

Qualifications

Current undergraduate student, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications. But we care more about your past content experience than your degree.

Strong Indonesian writing and communication skills

Basic English writing skills are a plus

Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms

Organized, responsive, and able to work independently with guidance

Prior content creation experience is a plus, but not required
