Responsibilities • Create end-to-end content ideation, shooting, editing, posting). • Manage and grow social media platforms: Instagram, Threads, and X. • Produce short-form videos and visual content aligned with brand identity. • Monitor trends and develop relevant, engaging content ideas. • Collaborate with the team and apply feedback to improve output. Requirements • Female Gen Z (18-23 years old), Jakarta-based. • Confident on camera and well-groomed; available for full-time, in-house work (Kebayoran Lama). • Strong interest in fashion and social media. • Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut or Premiere; Canva/Photoshop is a plus). • Creative, communicative, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a team. • Fast learner, resilient under pressure, and willing to grow with the brand
