Role Description

As a Content Creator Intern at The OG, you will support the creation of engaging digital content that reflects the interests and perspectives of Indonesia’s young generation. On a day-to-day basis, you will research social trends and conversations, brainstorm content ideas, draft scripts or copy, and assist with producing short-form content for social platforms. You will help adapt content for different channels, update content calendars, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and tone. This is an internship role and a remote position, offering flexibility to work from your location while gaining hands-on experience in youth-focused digital media and content creation.

Qualifications

Ability to generate creative, youth-relevant content ideas and express them clearly through writing, short scripts, or visual storytelling.
Comfort with social media platforms and familiarity with online trends, youth culture, and digital audience behavior.
Basic skills in content editing or simple design/video tools (e.g., Canva, mobile video editing apps) are beneficial.
Strong research skills to identify relevant topics, social conversations, and emerging cultural moments.
Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Interest in media, communications, marketing, or related fields;
