Responsibilities • Work closely with the team to develop content ideas aligned with lith Space's branding and marketing goals. • Plan weekly and monthly content themes and calendars. • Write scripts and content outlines for short-form videos and social posts. • Assist and/or execute content shooting (mainly short- form video). • Edit videos using CapCut and visual assets using Canva. • Prepare and publish content for lith Space's Instagram. • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency. •Iterate content based on feedback and performance. Requirements • Strong interest in branding, storytelling, and social media marketing. • Comfortable handling end-to-end content production. • Able to create clean, consistent visuals in Canva (layout, typography, visual consistency). • Able to edit short-form videos using CapCut Familiar with Instagram content formats (Reels, carousel, stories). • Organized, detail-oriented, and open to direct feedback. • Able to work independently and take ownership. • Familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus.
