• Minimum education D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Photography, Film, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred
• Creative and up-to-date with current visual and social media trends
• Proficient in relevant content creation, photography, videography, and editing tools
• Able to create engaging and high-quality visual content
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
• Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Portfolio is required and will be considered an advantage
• Willing to work on-site and in various locations when required
