Contract Management Specialist

- Explaining contract terms and positions in a collaborative manner. - Works directly with supervisor and contracting managers to understand what is negotiated and how the negotiated agreement is translated into the company's systems resulting in accurate and timely loading. - Reviewing tender and contract documents to ensure the necessary term and conditions are all incorporated. - Ensure all tender process and contract award are in compliance with company procedure and completed on time as agreed on request for contracts form. - Avoid situations resulting in a conflict of interest, bribery or the use of inducements to secure business. - Manage and coordinate the flow of information concerning contractual appointments, termination and contractual related correspondence to suppliers and sites. - Communicate with users/sites regarding sub & supply contract matters. - Respond to contract inquiries from clients/sites and other departments. - Negotiate with suppliers on contractual disputes.
