Contractor Management Tech Lead

Job Overview

• To plan, monitor and evaluate engineering/project management in company (including project to i.e. development, repairment, instalation, made-to-order/ tooling), to ensure a well run project in accordance to HSE principle with efficient budget.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide design drawings for confirmation by relevant departments,

• Design draft and estimated price Review drawings and bidding quantity and unit price

• Assist in monitoring the progress of the project

• Audit project acceptance settlement quantity

• 100 percent Compliance with company regulations and procedures (including rules, procedures for safety, hygiene and environmental standards

• Resolve urgent issues related to the project when necessary

• Weekly progress reports on the works under construction

• Settlement acceptance quantity review

• Update market price

• Follow company program:

• Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

• Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system

Requirements

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority

• Minimum 18 Years Old

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Required language: English and Mandarin (Preferably able to speak Mandarin)

• Min 8 years experience in the same field

• Skill required : Experience at last 8 years in MEP Engineering and knowledge at Plumbing

• Managerial experience required : Have good leadership, can manage the teams and have a good communications skill with managerial experience

• Skills others : AutoCAD, Ms. Office, G-Star CAD, Excellence in Mechanical / Electrical, Construction qoutation and budget, Electrical Safety Expert
