• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities. • Well-groomed, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest service. • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. • Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn. • Good understanding of operational standards, workplace hygiene, and safety procedures. • Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required. • For kitchen and bar positions, knowledge of food preparation, beverage service, food safety, and sanitation is preferred. • For Butcher and Driver positions, relevant technical skills and experience are required; a valid driving license is mandatory for the Driver position. • For Content Creator and Graphic Design positions, creativity, attention to visual detail, and proficiency in relevant creative tools are required.
