"Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be able to cook both Indonesian and Western dishes and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook both Western and Indonesian menu items according to standard recipes • Responsible for food prep, cooking, and plating with proper presentation • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area • Manage stock, including checking and storing ingredients properly • Follow instructions from the Head Chef or kitchen leadership • Work effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams • Remain calm and productive under pressure, especially during peak hours • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays"

"Requirements: • Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education, preferably in Culinary or Hospitality • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant, café, or similar setting • Strong ability to prepare both Indonesian and Western cuisine • Understand and implement proper food hygiene and kitchen safety practices • Good teamwork, positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail • Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately • Willing to work shift-based schedule • Placement: Cipayung, East Jakarta"
