Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in facility or project coordination Strong knowledge of construction, materials, budgeting, and project scheduling Excellent coordination and leadership skills Able to read and review technical drawings Familiar with tender, procurement, and approval processes Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good English communication skills Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi Job Description: Identify and compile facility needs from management and various departments. Coordinate with consultants for complex design and construction planning. Conduct design studies and planning based on long-term operational requirements. Oversee new facility construction to ensure timely completion, budget compliance, and quality assurance. Ensure contractors adhere to material specifications and project standards. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on aanwijzing and tender processes. Evaluate team performance with a strong focus on safety, risk management, and quality standards.
