Fluent in Japanese & Chinese Language



Collaborating with UX designers, product managers, developers, and IT personnel as needed for each projects or tasks.



Using consistent terminology in writing across the product for a concise writing



Ensuring the target languages are clear, accurate, and accessible to users.



Performing research to enhance the quality of written content.



Creating and editing texts, including microcopy to enhance user engagement and experience.



Maintaining a consistent voice and tone for the user experience.
