Corporate Affairs Program Officer

Job description: The Program Officer works under the Corporate Affairs Department, helping contribute to the company’s sustainability mission (70%) and stakeholder engagement (30%). The position is based at the Sampangagung Brewery in Sampangagung, Mojokerto.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the implementation of the annual MBI sustainability in East Java province and Tangerang.

• Monitor and provide regular updates on progress of implementation to Sustainability & Partnership Lead, Stakeholder Relations Manager and Brewery management

• Work in close coordination with key stakeholders (local community, local government, partners, etc) to troubleshoot any issues and initiate problem solving actions

• Co-lead short- and long-term sustainability projects in partnership with local NGOs

• Organize the execution of company donations and community development programs

• Assist in the creation of project briefs and terms of references for relevant partnerships

• Assist the implementation of the company’s sustainability communications strategy

• Research and write sustainability stories and reports

• Support stakeholder relations maintenance and engagement

• Support implementation of communication program (Internal & External) in SA Brewery

• Assist in data and report collection as well as administrative documentations from sustainability-related projects partnered with local NGOs

• Draft official letters to government stakeholders

• Support application and extension process for local business permits

• Translate videos and documents for internal use

• Maintain database of administrative matters and contacts list

• Regularly update stakeholder mapping in coordination with Stakeholder Relations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social studies, communication, public health, environmental science or other related development studies with at least 1 year exp of supporting teams.

• Good understanding of effective management of community development programs with a focus on networking & communications.
