What will you do?

• Acquire new customers (sellers, brands, and MSMEs) who require fulfillment and warehousing services.

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure revenue target achievement.

• Conduct a consultative approach to understand clients’ business needs.

• Prepare and deliver Crewdible fulfillment solution presentations to potential clients.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring a smooth deal-closing process.

• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.

• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Prepare periodic reports on sales activities and deal progress.

What are the requirements?

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales or Business Development professional.

• Preferred candidates with experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.

• Proven track record of working with sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to work independently
