Creative Content Lead

Who We Want: We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Lead to spearhead the development of compelling ideas for social media content, TVC and other communication materials. This individual will be a visionary leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing creative teams and a proven track record of success in the advertising and content creation industry for at least 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a creative vision for TVCs, social media content, and other communication materials aligned with the overall communication strategy. Lead and mentor a team of creatives, including copywriters, designers, videographers, and social media specialists.

• Brainstorm and generate original ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences. Develop creative briefs and ensure clear communication of campaign goals and brand messaging to the creative team. Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Strategic Planner, and Public Relations teams to ensure creative alignment with overall project goals. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and content creation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Lead or a similar senior-level creative role. Minimum 5 years of experience working in the advertising and content creation industry.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across various media platforms (TV, social media, digital, print, etc.).

• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to translate brand messages into engaging narratives.
