Job Descriptions :

Create a deck or proposals for creative ideas, including industry research, goals, themes, insights, and creative ideas, and create visual design to implement the concepts. 

Work closely with our strategist, creative &amp; designer team to develop and implement big- picture campaign ideas for brands / Clients. 

Responsible for overseeing the designer’s works, especially on the content design creation 

Lead a team of designers 

Visualizes concepts and gives direction to all visual team 

Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas 

Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product 

Requirements :

At least 3 years of working experience in a creative/media agency 360-degree creative ideation (Campaign, TVC, KV, Digital) and have an understanding of activation 

Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines 

Knowledgeable of all major social platforms, especially: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. 

Highly conceptual with big ideas always at the forefront 

A collaborator who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking/making

Experience taking projects from concept through activation 

Strong art direction and brand strategy experience 

Very organized, able to manage a lot of things simultaneously Collaborative, passionate, and skilled mentor and team leader 

A love of pop culture, from music to movies to film to games
