- Lead and mentor the creative team, including graphic design, photography, and videography. - Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media content. - Ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals across all channels. - Collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams. - Manage content production timelines and oversee the execution of creative assets. - Stay updated with the latest creative trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. - 2–3 years of experience in a creative role, ideally within an agency, brand, or production environment. - Proven experience in leading or mentoring a creative team. - Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.). - Excellent eye for visual storytelling and branding. - Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback. - Solid project management skills; comfortable working with tight deadlines. - Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
