Job Description

The Creative Media & Communications Officer is responsible for supporting Yayasan Senyum Bali’s communication, media, and public engagement activities through creative content, storytelling, documentation, and digital communication. This role works closely with the Fundraising & Public Relations Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Chairperson to strengthen public awareness, partner communication, and fundraising campaigns.

Requirements: • Skilled in graphic design & social media content • Able to create photo/video content & simple editing • Good communication and storytelling skills • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, etc. • Creative, proactive, organized, and willing to learn • Passionate about social and humanitarian work • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome
