Job description

• Create monthly creative planning in collaboration with the Marketing Team

• Produce content for all platforms including social media materials and e-commerce sales/marketing assets

• Design company assets for both digital and print (branding, packaging, promotional materials product catalog, etc.).

• Conduct trend research and implement emerging fashion and content trends into creative outputs.

• Develop multi-angle content through visuals, copywriting, and storytelling.

• Capable of managing the brand’s social media presence

• Photography and videography skills are a strong plus

• Ability to design for event needs, including bazaar/booth design, is a strong plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in design, branding, or creative-related roles.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software.

• Ability to independently produce content end-to-end — from shooting, editing, to final output (especially for TikTok).

• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their content formats.

• Creative thinker with strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently based on business needs.

• Strong fundamental copywriting skills.

• Willing to work on-site at our Bandung office.

• Ability to create designs on short notice and adapt quickly to changes.

• Previous experience working in a localbrand is a plus.
