- You've transformed DTC brands and worked on accounts that have spent upwards of 50K+ in ad spend/month - You're a master copywriter, crafting direct-response copy that generates conversions - You have a deep understanding of performance creative, with a track record of orchestrating winning ads and UGC - You're a Meta maestro, with the ability to audit, optimise & manage Meta campaigns (you'll be tested on this if you progress to the 2nd round of interviews) - You have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency - You're a creative powerhouse, and you'll be submitting briefs daily to our performance-focused designers - You're a project management pro, juggling multiple initiatives and delivering exceptional results - You have phenomenal communication skills, captivating teams and clients with your presentations - You're insatiably curious, driven to find innovative solutions to any challenge - You thrive under pressure, remaining cool and collected in the face of tight deadlines
