Creator Services

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Act as the primary PIC (Person in Charge) for creator communication regarding:

• Ongoing campaigns

• Briefs and guidelines

• Timelines and deliverables

2. Respond to creator inquiries (FAQ) related to:

• TikTok GO platform

• Campaign mechanics

• Content requirements and deliverables

• Payment and incentive systems

• Provide timely solutions and guidance for any issues faced by creators during campaigns.

3. Ensure creators:

• Clearly understand campaign briefs

• Follow all guidelines

• Submit and publish content on schedule

4. Manage and continuously update the creator FAQ / knowledge base for easy access to information.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (KOL, Content, Operations) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated.

6. Help improve creator satisfaction and engagement through responsive and solution-oriented communication.

7. Identify recurring issues and provide insights to improve SOPs and internal processes.

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (all majors welcome; Communications/Marketing preferred). 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Creator Management, KOL, or Community Management.

• Strong communication skills — clear, patient, and solution-oriented.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and the creator ecosystem.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
