Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing (experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer tech is a plus). Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools). Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, customer segmentation, and data analytics. Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
