Role Description

The Customer Care Melayu Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Semarang. The role involves assisting customers by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include effectively communicating in Malay and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including fluency in Malay and proficiency in English

Min D3/S1 Any Major

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience

Experience with customer care services and a customer-focused attitude

Capability to adapt and learn new tasks and tools effectively

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service roles or relevant fields is advantageous
