Job Description: • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and distribution of beauty products in the general trade market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the general trade market. • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them. • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. • Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets, providing regular reports and insights to management. • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade agreements with customers to maximize profitability and market share. • Provide training and support to customers on product knowledge, merchandising, and promotional activities. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting the beauty retail sector. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of the general trade market dynamics, including retail channels, distribution networks, and competitor landscape. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive business growth. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
