Customer Relation

KEY RESPONSIBILLITIES:

• Build and engage sports communities

• Drive Sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness

• Maintain executive and VIP client relations

• Collaborate with the marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, or a related field

• Experience in premium hospitality, sports, or entertainment industry

• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills (Indonesia & English)

• Confident, Charismatic, and passionate about sports (Padel/Tenis/Pickleball knowledge is a huge plus)

• Willing to work flexible hours for events and stationed in Cikarang (Deltamas)
