Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

What We’re Looking For

• Male or Female, minimum 18 years old

• Not currently enrolled in formal education

• Based in Banjarmasin

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work effectively in a team environment

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

• High motivation, proactive, and ready to take on challenges

• Basic understanding of customer service and relationship management is an advantage

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

• Update and manage customer data accurately in the CRM system

• Follow up with customers to build long-term engagement * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met *

• Support customer retention programs and relationship-building initiatives

Report customer insights and issues to management
