Responsibilities:





Communicate with clients in Mandarin

用中文与客户进行沟通



Translate documents to and from Mandarin (contracts, official letters, reports, etc.)

翻译中文与印尼文/英文文件（合同、正式信函、报告等）



Provide oral interpretation during meetings or discussions

在会议或洽谈中提供口译支持



Support company activities (including business development, customer service, and other departments)

支持公司各项业务活动（包括业务拓展、客户服务及其他部门）



Assist Customer Service with handling order status inquiries, assisting with order modifications/cancellations, and answering payment-related questions

协助客户服务部门处理订单状态查询、订单修改/取消，以及支付相关问题



Assist Customer Service with addressing returns, exchanges, and refunds, handling product complaints, and responding to logistics anomalies

协助客户服务部门处理退货、换货、退款，解决产品投诉，并应对物流异常情况



Assist Customer Service with recording customer inquiries as required, providing timely feedback, and offering suggestions

协助客户服务部门记录客户咨询，及时提供反馈，并提出改进建议
