CS English Agent - Semarang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Handle customer complaints and constraints from local/international customers through call, live chat, and e-mail

• Provide information and product knowledge to customers

Kualifikasi :

• Man/Woman, max 30 years

• At least had Diploma 3/Bachelor Degree in any major

• At least had GPA 2,75 of 4.00

• Fresh graduate welcomed to apply

• Had experience in Contact Center/Travel Agency/Ticketing/Hospitality are preferable

• Fluently in English verbally and written (mandatory)

• Able to work in shifting days and shifting hours

• Able to work on site in Semarang (WFO)

• Good communication skills, problem solving skills, analysis skills, and costumer oriented

• Have TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS or other certification are preferable
