Customer Service Internship

Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree any major from a reputable university with minimum GPA is 3,00. - Have experience as customer service skincare products - Fresh graduates who understand skincare products are welcome to apply - Good understanding of social media, communication skills and team work - Proficient in Ms. Office - Willing to do a full-time internship (Monday-Friday) for 3-6 months. - Ready to start an internship program soon. Responsibilities: - Answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your own, communicate clearly and effectively in writing and empathize with customers. - Solve the customer's problems via phone, email, and chat. - Maintain customer complaint records. - Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers. - Handling other administrations.
