Job Description:

• Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.

• Maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage and update customer databases accurately.

• Develop customer engagement strategies.

• Support the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.

• Understand production workflows to align with client needs.

Deliver excellent service through responsive and professional communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Female preferred.

• Willing to work on-site at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant appearance, confident, and energetic.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.

• Able to handle pressure and multitask.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
