YOUR MISSIONS - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests feel welcome and at home, greeting and assisting them with genuine warmth. - Manage the Bell Service Desk operations, including the timely handling of luggage, deliveries, and guest messages with accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring all areas are presentable and conducive to an enjoyable guest experience. - Communicate effectively with other departments and keep updated on hotel services, guest arrivals, and special requests to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
