Data Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Administrator to manage and maintain our ERP system's data integrity. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate pricing, inventory management, and seamless order processing to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and update product price lists regularly.

• Monitor stock levels and review item availability for orders.

• Receive Sales Orders (SO) from the sales team, review for accuracy, and upload to the ERP system.

• Create Sales Orders and manage stock transfers within the ERP system.

• Maintain and manage the ERP system database, including items, pricelists, codes, warehouses, and related data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data administration or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Prior experience in the building materials or architectural hardware industry is an advantage.
