Compensation: IDR 6,000,000 gross/month

What You’ll Be Involved In Coordinating directly with international (U.S.) stakeholders Working closely with AI training and data annotation processes Understanding how large-scale AI projects are planned, managed, and delivered Growing rapidly through structured guidance, hands-on learning, and mentorship

Who We’re Looking For You don’t need deep AI expertise to succeed. We’re looking for individuals with: Strong English communication skills Logical, organized, and analytical thinking A fast-learning mindset and interest in technology A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over outcomes Experience in AI, data-related roles, or international environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
