1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, Broadcasting, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

2. Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and basic graphic designs.

3. Strong understanding of video production workflows, including shooting, lighting, composition, and basic audio handling.

4. Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools, especially CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (basic–intermediate level).

5. Good sense of visual storytelling, composition, color, and rhythm to create engaging social media content.

6. Understanding of social media platforms, trends, formats, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

7. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

8. High attention to detail, good time management, and strong sense of responsibility.

9. Comfortable interacting with animals (especially cats and dogs) and not afraid to work in a pet hotel & pet store environment.
